Salt Water Flush Recipe

Try this recipe if you are:

  • constipated
  • bloated
  • experiencing irregular bowel movements

Ingredients

4 cups warm water
2 teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt
Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve 2 teaspoon of Himalayan Pink Salt in 4 cups warm water.
  2. Add lemon juice to taste (optional).
  3. Drink on an empty stomach.
